OPT315W is a kind of two-component,white silicone sealant which can be cured in room temperature. The material can be used without primer, and it has good bonding strength for the most of material. It is used for waterproof, dust-proof, anti-leakage, and fixing for electronic parts.

OPT315W is a kind of two-component,white silicone sealant which can be cured in room temperature. The material can be used without primer, and it has good bonding strength for the most of material. It is used for waterproof, dust-proof, anti-leakage, and fixing for electronic parts

.Using method and notice

(1). Fixation and insulation of electronic fittings.

(2). Moisture-proof and water-proof of electronic fittings and PCB base plate.

(3). Sealing of LED screen and electronic products.

(4). Electric insulation and mould pressing

  Using method

 (1).Before mixing, stir Part A by hand or by machine evenly, and then stir Part B in a airproof container before using. Please seal it tightly after use.

(2).Ensure our glue can be suitable for the material before use.

(3). According to the weight ratio: A: B = 100:10, mixing the materialIf need to change the weight ratio, please make simple test first. Generally speaking, the more Part B, the longer the curing time, the shorter operating time.
